    Founded in 2010, the Haidilao College is dedicated to driving the strategic development of the enterprise, passing down the corporate culture, identifying and defining the essence of best business practices and training talents with practical skills. Following the motto of our college “hard work can change the destiny and wisdom makes dream come true”, we have opened special training sessions for different posts in the restaurants with a diversified range of courses in culture, systems, vocational skills and knowledge and activities such as sand table simulations. In the meantime, we create opportunities for our employees to engage in flexible learning at any time anywhere by extending online and offline training platforms to empower every employee and drive the sustainable development of our enterprise.
