1.1 The personal information you provide to us initially when you use our products or services (including but not limited to the Haidilao App, the Haidilao official website, the Haidilao customer service hotline, and third-party partner services with which Haidilao cooperates, such as the " Haidilao Hot Pot" Wechat Official Account).

1.2 The information that we can collect when you use our products or accept our services:

1.2.1 Location information: your location when you use the products or accept the services. For example, when you make a table reservation, in order to provide quick reservation services, we may need to access your location information.

1.2.2 Log information: When you use our products or accept our services, we may automatically collect information on the terminal, software, usage habits and other detailed information. Additional information can include  your device model, search or query content, IP address, browser type, telecommunication supplier, language used, access date and time as well as the pages you visit, etc.

1.2.3 Other information: When you contact us, we may store your communication/call records and content or the contact information you leave us and other information, so that we can contact you or help you solve any problems you may face, or record the processing schemes and results for relevant issues.

1.3 Information obtained from third-party partners

We may also receive relevant recorded, generated or shared information when you use products or services provided by third-party partners. For example, we create an operating account at a third-party partner, and you accept the products or services we provide when using such a third-party partner client, therefore we may receive relevant information. Because of this, we recommended that you fully understand the terms of service and privacy policies of third-party partners.

II. How we use your personal information

When you use relevant services, we may collect, process, use and/or store your personal information for the following purposes:

2.1 In order to provide you with services or fulfill service-related obligations, including management and maintenance.

We or our third-party partners may collect your information through cookies and related technologies, with the purpose of providing you with a more convenient and better user experience. We will also demand that third-party partners strictly comply with the relevant provisions hereof.
